Improving Health and Performance

Strength and Conditioning Lab

The Strength and Conditioning Lab (SCL) is housed in the Athletics Building and is the primary academic space to support teaching, learning, and hands-on experience in the Health and Exercise Sciences Program. This lab allows students to gain valuable hands-on experience with strength and conditioning techniques, teaching and training, and program design.
