When Frederick Community College (FCC)’s graduating Class of 2026 assembles at Mount St. Mary’s University on Thursday, May 21, for the College’s 68th Commencement, they will have the opportunity to hear insights from The Honorable Aruna Miller, Maryland’s Lieutenant Governor, along with FCC leaders and student speakers.
Stephen G. Slater, an attorney, civic leader, military veteran, and lifelong resident of Frederick County, has been appointed to the Frederick Community College (FCC) Board of Trustees by Maryland Governor Wes Moore and will serve through July 2029. 
Frederick, MD – The red carpet rolls out once again at Frederick Community College (FCC) as the Film & Video Production program proudly hosts the Fourth Annual FCC Student Film Festival on Saturday, May 16 at 6:00 p.m. in the Jack B. Kussmaul (JBK) Theater, located in the Visual & Performing Arts Building on the FCC campus.
