The FCC Testing Center is currently operating in both virtual and on campus environments. The Testing Center team members are trained practitioners who subscribed to the standards and guidelines set by the National College Testing Association. We are committed to academic integrity and follow protocol to ensure exam security before, during, and after test administration whether delivered online using Zoom or delivered in-person in our Testing Center labs located in Linganore Hall, 104. Please contact us if you would like to learn more about our security guidelines for test proctoring.

On Campus testing is available for select services, such as placement testing, challenge exams, accommodated course exams, and critical certifications and will be held in Linganore Hall, room 104 during the fall semester. As always, an original form of photo ID will be required at the time of your appointment and must be show to the Testing Center proctor prior to test administration. Notes about FCC Course Exams
There is no requirement for FCC Course Exams to be proctored by the Testing Center for the Fall 2020 semester.
For FCC Course Exams, services are limited to students who need accommodated testing as indicated in their Student Success Plan. All other requests for testing, such as for students with temporary health restrictions, must receive prior approval for test proctoring from the Testing Center Director before exam submission. For more information, please select the Faculty & Staff Resource tab below.
Students intending to complete testing in the Testing Center must make their request clear to the instructor. The instructor may permit the exam to be administered virtually through Zoom or on campus in the Testing Center by having this as part of the conversation with the student and indicating the preference on the Exam Form. Student will use the appropriate calendar to schedule their appointment found under the Virtual Tests or On Campus Tests tabs.

All test candidates and visitors are expected to follow the FCC Code of Student Conduct, which includes guidelines on Academic Integrity as well as the regulations established by the National College Testing Association.
