Important Deadlines

• Apply: Apply for graduation by April 1, 2026.
• Register: Register for the Commencement Ceremony by May 1, 2026. This confirms your participation in the event.
• Regalia: Place an order for your cap and gown by April 8, 2026. Information on ordering caps and gowns will be sent after you register for the ceremony. Your regalia (cap and gown) is paid for by FCC.
• Commencement Fair: 
  • Regalia and tickets will be available for pickup at the Commencement Fair on Monday, May 11, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the FCC Bookstore.  
  • Authorized Pickup: If you are unable to attend in person, you may designate someone to pick up your items. The designated individual will be required to sign for your regalia and tickets. 
  • Tickets: Each student will receive 8 tickets for their guests. Additional tickets may be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, but they are not guaranteed. 
  • Ongoing Pickup: After the Commencement Fair, regalia and tickets will remain available during regular Bookstore hours through noon on Thursday, May 21. 
• Ceremony:
  • Date: Thursday, May 21 
  • Time: 4:30 p.m.
  • Arrival: Please arrive no later than 3:30 p.m. to check in and line up.
