The podcast provides listeners with tips to create meaning in their lives, build experience, develop a professional network, and manage their own careers to have a positive impact.

“Your career is such a significant part of your life, and it’s never too early to begin planning your career path and never too late to make a career change,” said Anne Scholl-Fiedler, FCC Assistant Director of Career Services and Advising. “The ‘Discovering Your Future’ podcast helps take the stress and anxiety out of career planning and gets people excited about different employment options and opportunities.”

The first season of the podcast will feature leaders from the areas of technology, education, art, business, non-profits, energy, engineering, and hospitality. Six episodes are now available.

The podcast was created by Anne Scholl-Fiedler and Dr. Todd Campbell, Assistant Professor of Music, who host and produce it with a team of interns from the FCC audio production program.
