Dr. Thomas Powell, FCC interim president, announced today emergency procedures and protocols for Frederick Community College for the period of January 10 through February 6, 2022. The announcement reinstitutes a modified Stage 3 in the College’s pandemic plan, Roadmap to Resilience and Recovery.

The emergency procedures and protocols are being put in place because of the surge of COVID-19 cases due to the omicron variant, as well as Governor Hogan’s declared State of Emergency and the advice of Frederick County officials.
