The Future-Ready Plan addresses this question. It provides a living, dynamic strategy that connects long-term foresight with near-term action, ensuring that we remain aligned, adaptable, and accountable for results. It is about more than meeting challenges—it is about seizing opportunities to rethink how students learn, how we design pathways to completion, how we prepare for the future of work, and how we strengthen the bonds of our community. The plan contains four integrated parts: the Future-Ready Planning Framework, Strategic Priorities, the Continuous Improvement Model, and Our People.
