Testing Center

If you are a current student, chances are you took a placement test in the Testing Center. This is also where you take any make-up tests arranged by your instructor. If you are in the distance-learning program, you will also come to the Testing Center to take all proctored exams on campus. We are located in the Library Building, Room L104.

The Testing Center offers proctoring services for all distance-learning courses from other colleges, as well as professional certification exam proctoring and test proctoring services for local employers. FCC is also an open testing site for College Level Exam (CLEP) and DSST exams. CLEP and DSST exams are done by appointment only. Please call the Testing Center at 301.846.2522 for further details on proctoring services available.

Students are required to have a picture ID to take a placement test, make-up exam or proctoring of external exams in the Testing Center.
