Head Coach: Rodney Bennett
Rodney Bennett enters his 10th season as head coach at FCC in 2012, with an overall record of 313-127. Coach Bennett has led the Cougars to the NJCAA Region XX Tournament each year of his, with trips to the championship game in 2004, 2007, 2008 and 2010 and trips to the NJCAA Division II World Series in 2007 and 2010. He was named Maryland JUCO Coach of the Year in 2010, NJCAA Region XX Coach of the Year in 2008, 2007 Diamond Sports NJCAA Division II Regional Coach of the Year by the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) and 2007 Maryland Collegiate Coach of the Year by the Maryland Association of Baseball Coaches. Rodney is an Admissions Counselor at FCC, and lives in Chambersburg, PA with his wife Michelle and son Bryson. |

Assistant Coach: Steve Insley Well-known in Maryland baseball circles, Steve Insley varied experience is a huge asset to Cougar Baseball. A former Head Coach at Liberty High School in Sykesville, Insley led the Lions to their first-ever state championship in 1997. Steve has been on FCC's staff for all five of the Cougars' World Series appearances and served as the teams' pitching coach from 1998-2003. |

Pitching Coach: Evan Evans Like Rodney Bennett, 2012 marks Evan Evans’ 10th season in the Cougar dugout. A former coach at George Mason University and UMBC, Evan also coached with the Belgian National Team and assisted the Toronto Blue Jays in the Florida Instructional League. Evan also coached Atholton High School to the Maryland 2A Championship three times, winning one championship. Evan is an Assistant Professor of Math at FCC. |
