Frederick, Md.--The Frederick County Building Industry Association and Frederick Community College will sponsor a seminar to explain the 2012 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC), effective July 1, 2012, and its impact on the 2012 Maryland Energy Conservation Code and the work of builders and renovators.
