FCC Student Orientation

We are delighted to welcome you as the newest members of our campus community and so excited to embark on this new chapter of your academic life with you.  As you begin your journey at Frederick Community College, our primary goal is to ensure that you feel a strong sense of belonging from the very start. Our orientation program is designed not only to provide you with essential information but also to foster connections and relationships that will make you feel at home at FCC.

Throughout our “new to college” student orientation experiences, you can expect engaging activities, opportunities to connect with fellow students, and resources to help you navigate campus life. We want you and your families to feel supported, valued, and included every step of the way.  Let’s get started!

Topics covered include tips and tricks on navigating college, resources designed to support students, engagement opportunities to help students make the most of your experience, connecting with faculty and current students to get questions answered, and so much more!  Below you will find this summer’s orientation offerings.  All new to college students should sign up for one of the sessions below.

Students should take their time reviewing the detailed materials provided; they can always return to Go2Orientation after their courses begin to reference any part.

All transfer students should complete Go2Orientation.
