We are glad you are here. Your passion and determination are common traits among our students. And we appreciate this opportunity to help you complete your training at Frederick Community College.

Our newly remodeled state-of-the-art teaching kitchens are fully-equipped to provide you with the training you deserve and the expertise you need to succeed in the world of culinary arts.

With both academic and workforce development pathways, our proven and trusted culinary program continues to deliver affordable, flexible and customized learning options to fit your schedule and your budget. 

The FCC Hospitality, Culinary & Tourism Institute, with the Maryland Higher Education Commission teach out agreement, is awarding credits to L’Academie de Cuisine students for education & training received. These credits may be applied towards an HCTI academic certificate or degree programs.
