FCC to Celebrate Commencement on May 21
05/11/2015
“FCC is excited to come together as a college community and celebrate this tremendous group of students who make up our 2015 graduating class,” said President Elizabeth Burmaster. “These students have worked hard to reach their academic goals and we are proud of all they have accomplished.”

More than 300 students are expected to participate in the ceremony. The Honors College will graduate its largest class in history with 30 students.

President Elizabeth Burmaster will give the keynote address. Katie Bolling (General Studies) and Ashley Ellis (Digital Media Design) will also deliver commencement addresses. Both speakers are Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society members and were chosen to represent FCC on the USA Today/Academic All-American Team.

Marty Crabbs, Associate Professor of Business and Accounting and Program Manager for the FCC Business Program, will present candidates for degrees and certificates.
The ceremony will begin at 6 p.m. in the Athletics Center.
There will be a live stream of the Commencement ceremony available on www.frederick.edu.

A light hors d'oeuvres reception for graduates and their families will follow in the Cougar Grille immediately after the ceremony.
