On April 25th, we will have the distinct honor and pleasure of hosting a private wine dinner to raise scholarship funds for Hospitality, Culinary & Tourism students featuring acclaimed Michelin Chef Gérard Pangaud.
Gérard Pangaud has created and operated top-rated restaurants in Paris, NYC and Washington DC, earning a steady stream of prestigious and highly sought-after awards along the way. He is a Maitre Cuisinier de France, Certified Master Chef and James Beard Award winner. At the age of 28, he was the youngest chef to earn 2 Michelin Stars. His restaurants have received 4 stars by the New York Times, Washington Post and Washingtonian Magazine
Chef Pangaud will be preparing a delicious meal, expertly paired with wines from around the world, and sharing his experience as a French chef with guests. This private event will be held at 200 Monroe Restaurant and seating will be limited to keep the experience intimate.
