In-County Tuition Rate Agreement
  • Out-of-county or out-of-state students employed by entities within Frederick County that offer an employee tuition reimbursement program may be eligible for in-county tuition, regardless of the student’s legal domicile. The student must provide verification of participation by the employer in the tuition reimbursement program and of current employment status from the Human Resources Office of their employer
  • The In-County Tuition Rate Agreement must be completed by the employer and submitted to Student Accounts. This creates a standing agreement between FCC and the business that is only required to be submitted once. Please call Student Accounts to find out if your business has an agreement signed with FCC. 301.846.2456.
  • The Letter of Intent must be completed by the employer to verify current employment status and submitted EACH SEMESTER to Student Accounts in order to receive the in-county tuition rate.
