Become a Mentor
- Be a positive role model and coach for a young woman in Frederick County.
- Help her envision a future that includes career, educational, and personal growth.
- Provide guidance, support, and encouragement as she works toward her goals.
Potential mentors are:
- Professional women over 30 who live or work in Frederick County.
- Career women, active in their community.
- Confident, successful women with strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with resources available in Frederick County.
- Willing to commit to the relationship for one year and to meet with their mentee at least four hours per month.
