Student Technology Help Desk
The Student Technology Help Desk assists students with their technological needs. We provide orientations and one-on-one sessions designed to guide students through basic logins, including myFCC Email, Data Storage, Blackboard, PeopleSoft, FCC Alert, wireless printing, and general wireless access. We also reset passwords and familiarize students with Microsoft Office 2010 and other school supported applications. The Student Technology Help Desk works in coordination with the Writing Center, Tutorial Services, Distance Learning, and the Library to provide comprehensive support for student technology support needs.
