Steps to Enroll: Non-Credit
Continuing Education offers three registration options:
If you are registering for a non-credit (continuing education) course, you do not need to complete a formal application.
- Online
Request an online Continuing Education account be established for you by submitting the online form below. Your User ID, password information and instructions will be mailed to you via US Postal Service in a few days. Once you receive this, you'll be able to register and pay online for all future designated CE courses. User IDs and passwords cannot be given out over the phone.

If you already have an account click here. - In person
Simply register at the Records and Registration Center in the Enrollment Services Building (J101) on campus. Registration hours are 8:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Payment is due upon registration either by cash, check (payable to FCC), credit card or third party purchase orders.

Complete the Continuing Education/Customized Training noncredit registration form and mail it to FCC, Attn: Cashier, 7932 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702. Payment or purchase order must accompany the form.
