An accomplished Frederick Community College honors student and graduate who went on to get her doctorate, will be the guest speaker at a special event to celebrate the 30th anniversary of FCC's Honors College.

Jessica was an active member of the Honors College during her time at FCC and was a student speaker at her graduation.
FCC Honors is a program designed for students who want more out of their college learning experience, including rigorous classes and activities outside the classroom.
