LOGIN TO YOUR myFCC ACCOUNT

Click https://myfcc.frederick.edu/ to open an Internet Explorer to the myFCC Login Page.
  • Enter your username: Click the "username" box. Then type your username which is your first initial + last name + the last three digits of your student ID.  (ex. JSmith543). Please remove all hyphens, spaces, and apostrophes from your name. Click the "login" button.
  • Enter your password (in lowercase): Your default password is the first two letters of your last name plus the last five digits of your student ID (ex. sm76543).

WEB BROWSER SECURITY - REQUIRED!

Pop-up Blocker - To ensure functionality in myFCC, disable your web browser's pop-up blocker.
  • Open Internet Explorer.
  • Click Tools and select Pop-up Blocker, Pop-up Blocker Settings.
  • Type the address myfcc.frederick.edu and click Add.
  • Click Close to save the setting.

Trusted Site - To ensure functionality in myFCC, add myfcc.frederick.edu as a trusted site in Internet Explorer.

  • Open Internet Explorer.
  • Click Tools and select Internet Options.
  • Click the Security tab.
  • Click the Trusted Sites icon.
  • Click the Sites button.
  • Type https://myfcc.frederick.edu and click Add.
  • Click Close.
  • Click Ok.

RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD

  • Navigate to the myFCC Login Page
  • Click the "Forgot your password" link. You must have completed the Challenge Response questions during your first login to use the automated password reset function. If you are unable to reset your password using the automated function, please complete the myFCC assistance form.
  • Enter your username:  If you do not know your username, please read the How to login section of this page.
  • Answer two challenge response questions:  If you do not remember you responses to the questions, you will need to visit the Computer Lab in C207 with your student ID to have your password reset.
