Andy McCutcheon

'87 started classes at FCC in 1982 at the age of 16 after graduating from Middletown High School. Now an English professor, Andy said he started college without a plan for his future.

Mark Burrier

'99 attended FCC before transferring to Shepherd University. The majority of his FCC courses were general studies classes; however, he did manage to squeeze in a few art courses.

Patrick Faville

started his academic career at FCC in the fall of 1982. He enrolled in the new Honors Program and was a co-founder and president of FCC’s first Honors Student Association.

Kristofer Roberson

attended FCC for two years (1997-99), taking basic music classes (voice, keyboarding, and theory) and his general education classes before transferring to Catholic University of America’s School of Music where he earned a Bachelor of Music degree in general choral music education.

When Jessica Cannon of Brunswick, Md., started at FCC, she had in mind a career as a high school social studies teacher. Like many college students, she changed her mind and her plans.

Dennis Crolley

'89 and his classmate Andy McCutcheon ’87 shared interests both in and outside the classroom — at FCC and at Middletown High. The two co-founded the garage punk band The Skeptics in 1984, which led them farther and farther from the classroom … for a while.

'04 received the 2010 Modern Day Technology Leader award at the 24th Annual BEYA STEM Global Competitiveness Conference in Baltimore, Md., in February.
