Social Sciences

The social sciences examine connections between human beings and their many systems of relationship– from governments and politics to history, sociology, and psychology, to economics and human services. Social sciences study how people live together and consider ways to make our societies more effective. Most of FCC’s social science degree options lead to transfer programs at four-year colleges and eventual careers in law, teaching, and administrative positions in government and organizational settings.
