General Studies

The General Studies option is designed to give students a broad educational experience and an opportunity to explore different disciplines. It gives you an opportunity to choose from a variety of courses to achieve your academic goals. If you’re exploring different majors and careers, or are undecided about your educational plans, General Studies is a good place to start. Many students who are pursuing their bachelor’s degree take their general studies credits at FCC and then transfer to a four-year school. Our advisors can help you select the course sequences.
