The Institute for Learning in Retirement (ILR) provides enjoyable, affordable and accessible opportunities for intellectual stimulation and personal enrichment to adults age 55 and over in Frederick County. ILR classes are designed by and for mature adults. There are no tests and grades, and degrees are not required to participate in ILR. Lifetime membership in ILR is available for a one time fee of $20.
