The Adult Education Program

The Adult Education Program New at FCC: Adult Basic Education, GED®/EDP Prep, and English as a Second Language (ESL)

FCC now offers courses to help you improve your reading, writing, math, English language competency, and problem-solving skills through our new Adult Education Program.


If you’ve wanted help to fulfill a life-long goal - to receive a diploma, to improve your reading or math skills, or to improve your basic English skills - FCC is here to partner with you and make it happen.

The Adult Education Program includes:

Both day and evening courses are available at various locations in Frederick County.  Orientations for those interested in one of the Adult Education Programs will be are offered on an ongoing basis.

Orientations are given in two parts. The dates for part one are listed above. The dates for part two will be given at the first session.
Orientations will last approximately 2.5 hours
No children are allowed at orientations.
There is no need to register for orientations.
