In-County Tuition Rate Agreement
  • FCC offers an agreement that allows Frederick County employees to be charged lower, in-county tuition for their employees who do not live in Frederick County.
  • The In-County Tuition Rate Agreement form must only be filled out by the employer and submitted once. At that point, Frederick Community College has a standing agreement with that business. Please call the Student Accounts Office to find out if your business has an agreement signed with FCC. 301.846.2456.
  • The Letter of Intent must be filled out by the employer and submitted EACH SEMESTER that the student wishes to receive the In-County tuition rate.
