Dave Moreland
Dave Moreland joined the faculty at FCC in 1994. He received his BA from the University of Iowa, and his MA and MFA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Before coming to FCC he taught at the University of Idaho, The Maryland Institute College of Art, and the Rhode Island School of Design.
He has exhibited his work in numerous group shows in the Washington, DC area including I Laughed So Hard I Cried at Zenith Gallery in Washington, DC, Faces of Frederick at The Delaplaine Visual Arts Education Center in Frederick, and From Farm to Market at VisArts/Metropolitan Center for the Visual Arts in Rockville.
He exhibited for many years with the Henri Gallery in Washington, DC and was given a one-person exhibition at The Washington County Museum of Fine Arts in 1996. His most recent one-person exhibits have been at the Cosmos Club in Washington, DC in 2006 and at International Arts and Artists Hillyer Art Space in Washington, DC in 2008.
