Performance Contracting at FCC
| Energy Awareness and Website Upgrades |
Scope of Work includes:
Constructing twenty-four (+/-) web pages for an FCC sustainability (focused primarily on energy efficiency) initiative.
- Linking to three additional pages that explain the three components of sustainability – economic efficiency, environment, and social well-being
- Customizing to the web site of the client
- Link the page to the FCC home page
- Show casing any special programs that the College is currently pursuing relative to sustainable campus topics.
- Updating with FCC’s IT department up to 12 instances. This would include items such as posting more recent data to graphs, highlighting upcoming events, posting news of accomplishments, etc.
- Including an Energy Component – It is anticipated that this will be the minimum requirement for this web site. The page will include information guides on energy efficient best practices, myth busting, and handling of common stereotypes related to energy management. Also, data will be graphically displayed showing energy consumption. If the update option is not used, then the most recent past 12 months of data will be shown. Data will be shown for all energy sources for which data can be obtained from the client.
- Including a Water Conservation Component – This optional component can be added, which follows a similar format as the energy component.
- Including a Recycling Component – This optional component can also be added.
