Performance Contracting at FCC
| Lighting Retrofit with Occupancy Sensor Controls |
Scope of Work includes:
Relamping 2,611 existing 4’ T8 fixtures in fixtures throughout the campus with energy saving 4’ 28 watt T8 lamps.
- Retrofitting 7 existing 4’ T12 fixtures in the Field House and the B-C Knuckle elevator with high efficiency electronic ballasts and energy saving 4’ 28 watt T8 lamps.
- Retrofitting 6 existing 3’ T12 fixtures in the Arts Center with high efficiency electronic ballasts and 3’ 25 watt lamps.
- Replacing existing 1000 watt metal halide high bay fixtures in the Gym with new high bay fixtures containing electronic ballasts and four 4’ High Output 54 watt T5 lamps and a specular reflector.
- Installing 59 lighting controls in various classrooms, offices and restrooms throughout the facility. Dual switching (inboard and outboard lamps on separate switches) will be maintained. Small offices will receive a wall mounted occupancy sensor installed in place of the existing switch. Classrooms, restrooms and larger offices will receive ceiling mounted occupancy sensors. Restrooms will receive either wall mounted or ceiling mounted, dependant on the configuration of the room.
