Scope of Work includes:
 Minimizing the Kiln Room AHU operating conditions. The existing AHU is programmed to operate continuously during the scheduled occupied times and maintains typical heating/cooling set points. 

  • Re-classifing the AHU operation to an un-occupied (storage area) sequence of operation.
  • Scheduling t he AHU fan to run continuously only when either of the Kiln exhaust fans are energized.
  • Adding exhaust fan interlock relays to provide binary input demand for continuous AHU fan operation, including mounting & wiring of relays and re-programming of local JCI DDC controller.
