Scope of Work includes:
Implementing the SEEC program (Sustainable Energy Education & Communications). It’s a building occupant training and communications program developed by Johnson Controls, Inc., that helps companies save money by making their own sustainability efforts more effective. The concept was developed in cooperation with the National Energy Foundation using the North American Association for Environmental Education (NAAEE)’s Environmental Education Materials: Guidelines for Excellence. NAAEE defines six key characteristics of high quality environmental education materials: fairness/accuracy, depth, emphasis on skills building, action orientation, instructional soundness and usability.
- Delivering a series of customizable, modular education programs for personnel that focus on behavior modification in relation to energy savings and environmental stewardship. Each educational module has corresponding bulletin board posters, table tents for common areas, large display posters, window clings and postcard-sized reminders to help promote participation and to remind individuals to act sustainably.
- Helping to externally demonstrate your organization’s good corporate citizenship and environmental stewardship with press releases at the beginning and the completion of the program.
