Commissioning Major HVAC Systems

Scope of Work includes:
Commissioning of 14 major HVAC systems (air handling units): This will include:

  • Balancing of air handler to include balancing of total supply, return and outside air to original design conditions
  • Verifying of operation of dampers and actuators as necessary
  • Preparing balancing report including static pressure profile of air handling unit to be reviewed by professional engineer. Noting any deficiencies requiring action
  • Water balancing of air handler cooling, heating and reheat coil (as applicable) to original design conditions
  • Verifying of operation of control valves and measuring pressure drops through water coils
  • Working with controls technician on-site to define trend logs of air handling unit, terminal unit and space conditions
  • Performing a condition/efficiency assessment and preparing a condition report
  • Performing an engineering review of field supplied data and reports and preparing a consolidated condition report of air handling unit complete with recommendation of action items
